Call for Tenders for the Provision of First-level External Audit Services – EMRIE Project – Interreg Europe

ISMC launches a procurement process for an external audit service to carry out the functions of First Level Controller (FLC) for the Interreg Europe – EMRIE project (code 03C1069).

The purpose of the contract is the independent verification of ISMC’s expenditure under EMRIE, in accordance with the Interreg Europe Programme Manual 2021–2027 and the applicable regulations, through administrative checks and, where appropriate, on-the-spot verifications.

Tenders must be submitted by email to secretaria@ismc-iberiamine.com with the subject line “FLC Audit Tender – EMRIE (03C1069)

The deadline for the submission of tenders is 10 calendar days from the day following the publication of this notice. Proposals received after the deadline will not be evaluated.

To be admitted for evaluation, tenders must meet the minimum requirements set out in the Administrative and Financial Terms of Reference for Procurement.

Each tender must include a financial proposal (itemised with the unit cost per certification and the total cost of the service), and a technical report demonstrating compliance with and evidence of the minimum requirements.

The contract will be awarded on the basis of the financial offer, applying simple and proportional criteria.
