The Iberian Sustainable Mining Cluster (ISMC) took centre stage at the first edition of the CORE Innovation Days, an international forum funded by the Horizon Europe programme, where global leaders discussed key Industry 4.0 trends. Santiago Cuesta López, ISMC’s General Director, participated in the panel on digital transformation in mining.
The CORE Innovation Days event, held under the Twin4Twin EU Project initiative and financed by Horizon Europe, brought together global industry leaders to address the most pressing trends in Industry 4.0. Among the key participants, ISMC played a crucial role in discussions on the digital transformation of the mining sector.

During the panel “Digital Transformation of Mines with Industry 4.0”, Santiago Cuesta López highlighted the groundbreaking advances made by ISMC’s partners through pioneering projects, including:
TERRAVISION EU Project – featuring the participation of Tharsis Mining.
