The Director General of the Iberian Sustainable Mining Cluster (ISMC) participated in the breakfast debate organised by EsadeGeo, where discussions focused on the future of Spanish and European industry within the framework of the Draft Law on Industry and Strategic Autonomy. The event addressed the challenges and opportunities in Europe’s reindustrialisation and the transition towards green and digital transformation.

During the meeting, participants discussed the Draft Law on Industry and Strategic Autonomy, which aims to modernise Spain’s industrial legal framework, aligning it with global trends and the sector’s evolving needs. This initiative represents a crucial step in strengthening Spanish industry within the European context.

The event provided a platform for reflecting on the future of the industry, highlighting the need to adapt policies and strategies to tackle current challenges while fostering a rich debate on the path towards a sustainable and competitive industrial sector.
